Job Description

Role: Team Leader

Location: Lakadikapul, Hyderabad

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a talent for motivating teams We're looking for a Team Leader to manage our team of tele-consultants and drive sales through a digital process. You'll be a key player in helping us achieve our sales goals and grow as an organization.

What You'll Do

- Lead and supervise a team of 15 tele-callers, managing their day-to-day activities and performance.
- Monitor calls and provide coaching, feedback, and role-playing sessions to help your team improve their sales practices and meet daily targets.
- Empower team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement timelines to ensure your team achieves targets and organizational goals.
- Prepare and manage daily rosters, shrinkage, and attrition calculations, along with other key reports.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and facilitate training sessions to maximize your team's potential.
- Foster a positive and inspiring work environment that encourages collaboration and success.

Qualifications

- A graduate with at least 7 years of experience in Sales BPO, including 3+ years in a team handling role.
- You have a strong background in inbound sales call centers, preferably with life insurance experience.
- You are fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong organizational skills and are proficient with computers.
- You are a natural motivator and a dedicated team player.
