Role Responsibilities - Lead the frontend development team in delivering high-quality applications. - Design and implement user-friendly interfaces based on business requirements. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services. - Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers. - Conduct code reviews to maintain standards and security practices. - Mentor junior developers and enhance their skill sets. - Oversee the development process and address any technical challenges. - Implement performance optimizations to improve application speed. - Coordinate with UX/UI designers to ensure a cohesive user experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies. - Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliverables. - Document development processes, code changes, and system architecture. - Participate in scrum meetings and effectively communicate progress. - Engage in user testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements. - Build scalable and maintainable codebases for future enhancements. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in frontend development. - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, primarily React.js. - Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with performance optimization tools. - Familiarity with RESTful API design and integrations. - Experience using libraries such as Redux for state management. - Understanding of accessibility standards for web applications. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred. - Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
