Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a MICE Sales Executive based in Gurgaon, with some work-from-home flexibility. The MICE Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the event planning team to ensure the successful delivery of MICE events. Daily tasks include prospecting, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- 2 + years of Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and negotiation
- Experience in planning and executing MICE events
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the travel or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
