
Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling and community networking in the Bangalore market.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate MICE & Group clients
- Supports the Head of Sales in executing the overall sales goals and strategy
- Conduct himself/herself as a professional representative of the organisation in all client meetings, industry tradeshows and conferences at all given opportunities
- Maintain quality daily, weekly and monthly reports at all times for review and action
- Ensure the credit policy of the organisation is followed without any deviation at the time of closing a business requirement of a client.
Preferred candidate profile :
* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
* 6 to 8 years of sales experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury resorts/hotels.
* Strong network in corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.
* Willingness to travel frequently across markets.
