Coordination with Lawyers: Communicate with legal representatives as needed for office documentation or client-related matters. Schedule appointments or follow-ups with lawyers as per office requirements. Assist in organizing legal documents and correspondence. Office Support: Maintain organized records of clients, appointments, and office documents. Assist in day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations. Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor. Communication: Use basic English to communicate effectively with clients and lawyers. Draft simple emails or messages under guidance. Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communication. Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of English for communication. Good interpersonal and phone etiquette. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach. Work Hours: Part-time, flexible hours as per office requirements. Eligibility: Female candidates only. Prior experience in office coordination or client follow-up is a plus, but not mandatory.
