Provide input and thought leadership to the comprehensive global HR Operations model aligned with the overall HR and business objectives - Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of HR Operations including service delivery process optimization technology capabilities and vendor management - Establish and monitor key performance indicators KPIs to measure service delivery operational effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement Team Management Development - Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of 5 HR professionals initially with growth potential to 10 team members providing service delivery for a specific set of global services fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and operational excellence - Provide clear direction and continuous feedback set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure individual and team success Service Delivery Process Improvement - Oversee day to day the delivery of high-quality and efficient HR services across various areas such as employee data management auditing and compliance front line cyclical program support and general support inquiries to name a few - Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes to streamline operations reduce costs and enhance the employee and manager experience - Implement automation and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy Technology Innovation - Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement - Lead the change and adoption of new HR technologies including HRIS systems payroll systems and other relevant platforms - Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems and platforms Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including Global People Operations Ecosystem People Business Partners IT Finance and Legal -
