Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the O2C team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to SLAs.
- End-to-End O2C Management: Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash process including order processing, billing, collections, and cash application.
- People Management: Supervise team members, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, suggest enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues.
- US Night Shift Support: Ensure availability and support for US time zones, managing escalations and critical tasks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular team performance reports and maintain proper process documentation.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or equivalent
