Job Description – Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

About Company:

It is a fast-growing D2C brand focused on creating impactful consumer experiences. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth through influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand's identity.

• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-driven collaborations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) of influencer campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, performance, and creative) to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing objectives.

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer-facing brands.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Based in Bangalore (willingness to travel for collaborations/events if required).
