Our team collaborates closely with clients, assisting them in selecting suitable tea blends that meet their market needs. Purpose The Performance Content Manager at Chaizup is responsible for driving growth by keeping the brand at the pulse of digital culture. This role is crucial for identifying emerging trends, viral formats, and new performance marketing strategies and rapidly translating them into high-performing video content. The Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership, managing the creative pipeline from initial concept and scripting to agency execution, A/B testing, and performance analysis, ensuring Chaizup's customer acquisition costs are optimized and its social relevance is high. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Performance Content Manager must bring deep digital intuition and strong analytical discipline. The initial focus is on establishing a rapid-cycle creative engine to fuel paid and organic channels. This includes: - Proactively monitoring social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) to identify emerging content trends, viral audio, and competitor strategies. - Developing and scripting new creative concepts, adapting viral trends to align with Chaizup's brand voice, context, and campaign objectives. - Managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators to produce a high volume of quality video content. - Designing and executing rapid A/B tests on creative variables (hooks, CTAs, visuals) to systematically identify what drives performance. - Analyzing performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and generating regular reports with clear insights on winning and losing creatives. - Developing and executing strategies to double down and scale successful campaigns and creative formulas across all digital channels. - Overseeing the end-to-end creative pipeline, from brief to final asset delivery, ensuring both speed and quality. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, or content strategy, with a heavy focus on video. Must have a proven portfolio of creating or managing content that drives measurable results (e.g., ROAS, conversions). - Skills: Excellent scripting and creative ideation skills. Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and A/B testing methodologies. Expertise with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools. A deep, intuitive understanding of internet culture (chronically online) combined with a strong analytical mindset.
