Responsibilities 1 Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers emerging trends and competitors Analyze customer needs and demands to develop targeted product strategies 2 Business Growth Strategy Devise and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market presence for lab chemicals and supplies 3 Customer Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their requirements and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction 4 New Customer Acquisition Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting lead generation and establishing partnerships with potential customers research institutions laboratories and industries 5 Product Promotion Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness about our lab chemicals research chemicals and supplies Participate in industry conferences exhibitions and workshops to showcase our products 6 Sales Performance Analysis Monitor sales performance track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets Provide insights and recommendations for improvement 7 Negotiations and Contracts Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favourable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements 8 Competitive Pricing Work closely with the pricing team to determine competitive and profitable pricing strategies for various products in the lab chemicals and supplies categoryQualifications and Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemistry Biochemistry Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field Proven experience in business development sales or marketing specifically in the lab chemicals and supplies industry Strong understanding of laboratory research and industrial needs including GC and ICP working or calibreExperience7 - 11 YearsNo of Openings1EducationB Pharma Diploma Any Bachelor DegreeRoleBusiness DeveloperIndustry TypePharma BioTech Clinical ResearchGenderMaleJob CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from Office
