Roles And Responsibilities - Design and implement engaging basketball training programs that cater to various skill levels, ensuring all students can participate and improve. - Conduct regular assessments of student performance, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential. - Organize and oversee basketball tournaments and events, promoting school spirit and encouraging healthy competition among students. - Collaborate with other teachers to integrate physical education with academic subjects, enhancing the overall educational experience. - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among students. - Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and trends in basketball to continuously improve the training curriculum. - Mentor student-athletes, guiding them in setting personal and athletic goals while emphasizing the importance of academics. - Engage with parents and the community to promote the basketball program and encourage student participation. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during practices and games, adhering to school policies and regulations. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and contribute to the school's athletic program.
