We work on high-impact public projects, including Smart Streets, Municipal Corporation infrastructure, lakefront revitalisation, public realm upgrades, sports infrastructure, and state-level government interiors. If you are someone who understands the costing, detailing, and technical depth needed for such projects, we want you with us Role & Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for urban, infrastructure, and government projects - Support DPRs, tender documents, project budgeting, and cost control - Work with AP SoR, municipal guidelines, and government engineering standards - Coordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering, and site teams - Track variations, billing, and reconciliation throughout the project cycle - Ensure cost accuracy for fast-paced, design-driven government projects Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering - Prior experience with AP Municipal Corporations / AP Government projects (strongly preferred) - Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, Excel, and SoR analysis - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment What We Offer - Opportunity to be part of transformational public realm & government projects across AP - Young, energetic, design-led work culture - Direct exposure to large-scale DPRs, smart city components, lakefronts, and sustainable urban interventions - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
