Location: Vijayawada, Andhra PradeshExperience: 1-3 yearsImmediate joining candidates are preferredFirm Portfolio: Urban Design • Smart Streets • Lakefronts • Junctions Design • Interiors • Mobility & Waterfront ProjectsAkarsh Design, one of Andhra Pradesh’s fastest-growing design and project management firms, is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our multidisciplinary team.We work on high-impact public projects, including Smart Streets, Municipal Corporation infrastructure, lakefront revitalisation, public realm upgrades, sports infrastructure, and state-level government interiors.If you are someone who understands the costing, detailing, and technical depth needed for such projects, we want you with usRole & Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for urban, infrastructure, and government projectsSupport DPRs, tender documents, project budgeting, and cost controlWork with AP SoR, municipal guidelines, and government engineering standardsCoordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering, and site teamsTrack variations, billing, and reconciliation throughout the project cycleEnsure cost accuracy for fast-paced, design-driven government projectsRequirements:Degree/Diploma in Civil EngineeringPrior experience with AP Municipal Corporations / AP Government projects (strongly preferred)Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, Excel, and SoR analysisStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of transformational public realm & government projects across APYoung, energetic, design-led work cultureDirect exposure to large-scale DPRs, smart city components, lakefronts, and sustainable urban interventionsCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
