Location: Vijayawada, Andhra PradeshExperience: 1-3 yearsImmediate joining candidates are preferredFirm Portfolio: Urban Design• Smart Streets• Lakefronts• Junctions Design• Interiors• Mobility & Waterfront ProjectsAkarsh Design, one of Andhra Pradesh's fastest-growing design and project management firms, is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our multidisciplinary team.We work on high-impact public projects, including Smart Streets, Municipal Corporation infrastructure, lakefront revitalisation, public realm upgrades, sports infrastructure, and state-level government interiors.If you are someone who understands the costing, detailing, and technical depth needed for such projects, we want you with usRole & Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for urban, infrastructure, and government projects- Support DPRs, tender documents, project budgeting, and cost control- Work with AP SoR, municipal guidelines, and government engineering standards- Coordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering, and site teams- Track variations, billing, and reconciliation throughout the project cycle- Ensure cost accuracy for fast-paced, design-driven government projectsRequirements:- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering- Prior experience with AP Municipal Corporations / AP Government projects (strongly preferred)- Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, Excel, and SoR analysis- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills- Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environmentWhat We Offer- Opportunity to be part of transformational public realm & government projects across AP- Young, energetic, design-led work culture- Direct exposure to large-scale DPRs, smart city components, lakefronts, and sustainable urban interventions- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
