Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedD365 CE Technical Consultantto join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), includingCRM, Sales, Customer Insights, CE Service, and DevOps. Additionally, the role requires strong team management skills to lead and mentor a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customizeD365 CEsolutions to meet business needs.
- Implement and configureCRM, Sales, and CE Servicemodules.
- Work withCustomer Insightsto deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Manage DevOps processes for CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
- Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM, Sales, Service).
- Hands-on experience withCustomer Insightsfor data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency inPower Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience withAzure DevOpsfor CI/CD and automation.
- Strong programming skills inC#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Expertise inDataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PowerAppsdevelopment.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methods using Web Services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified:Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associateor equivalent.
- Experience withAI-driven analytics and automationwithin Dynamics 365.
- Exposure toAzure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Knowledge ofdata security, compliance, and governance best practices.
