About the Job :

Cortex is seeking a highly experienced and visionary CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions for our enterprise clients.

As a CRM Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the successful delivery of transformative solutions.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the D365 platform, coupled with your strong architectural acumen, to create innovative and efficient CRM ecosystems.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture and Design :

- Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of complex D365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Define data models, integration strategies, and customization approaches that align with client requirements and best practices.

- Design and document technical specifications, including system landscapes, data flows, and integration points.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Microsoft Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate) to enhance CRM functionality.

- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and security protocols.

Implementation Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of CRM implementation projects.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and development activities within the D365 CE/CRM environment.

- Lead data migration and integration efforts, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow between systems.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise and Innovation :

- Maintain deep and current knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform, including new features, updates, and best practices.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the CRM landscape and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and approaches to enhance CRM solutions.

- Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices within the CRM practice.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, fostering their growth and ensuring code quality.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive D365 CE/CRM Experience : Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong understanding of its core modules and functionalities (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.

- Architectural Expertise : At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a CRM Architect role, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level CRM solutions.

- Power Platform Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and their integration with D365 CE/CRM.

- Data Management : Solid understanding of data modeling principles, data migration methodologies, and integration strategies using tools and APIs.

- Web Development Skills : Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS.

- API Integration : Experience with integrating D365 CE/CRM with other systems using SOAP and RESTful APIs.

- NET Development : Hands-on experience with ASP.NET framework (MVC, Web API) and C# programming language for custom development and integrations.

- Functional CRM Knowledge : Excellent functional understanding of business processes across various CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.

- Certifications : Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM certifications (e., MB-260: Microsoft Customer Data Platform Specialist, MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Customer Engagement Apps) are highly preferred
