Role Overview :

As a Tech Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, mentoring developers, reviewing codebases, and ensuring engineering excellence across projects. You will play a key role in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Mentorship & Developer Growth :

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers across teams.

- Strengthen their skills in architecture, coding practices, and problem-solving.

- Monitor technical progress and establish clear performance benchmarks.

- Conduct regular technical check-ins and feedback sessions.

Code Quality & Standards :

- Perform in-depth code reviews across technologies (React, Java/Spring Boot, etc.).

- Define and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to clean code principles and modular design.

Architecture & Project Leadership :

- Design and implement scalable, end-to-end architecture for major projects.

- Make informed decisions on tech stacks, frameworks, and system design.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA for smooth execution.

Technical Ownership & Collaboration :

- Lead technical discussions and unblock developers when needed.

- Drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and solution-oriented thinking.

- Encourage experimentation, innovation, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, mentor

effectively, and lead team discussions.

- Proven Leadership : Demonstrated ownership and accountability in past roles.

Full-Stack Development Expertise :

- Backend : Java (Spring Boot), Golang

- Frontend : React, Next.js

- DevOps Familiarity : Working knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.

- Architectural Thinking : Strong system design skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
