The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in both retail and wholesale financial segments. The role will also include leading a sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management - Knowledge of Retail Lending, Loan Products, Financial Services, and Structured Financing - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred - Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools - Experience in financial services or lending solutions is advantageous - Commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
