Job Description - Overall responsible for India Export and Import Logistics function - The objective of this role is to Manage and Excel the Export-Import operations to satisfy the needs of internal & External customer for Novonesis India. - Ensure 100% compliances to all relevant rules & regulations pertains to export - Import trade. Tasks And Responsibilities - Ensure 100% compliances on Customs, Foreign trade policy, FSSAI compliance, CDSCO compliances, bonded warehouse operations pertain to export & import movements - Proactive approaches to ensure smooth and speedy import and export customs clearances - Proactive approach to ensure to meet export documents requirement from overseas customers. - Responsible for meeting TAT for export import shipments. - Renewal and obtaining the license / permissions related to import & export. - Liasoning and representing Novonesis to the authorities whenever it is needed. - Ensure high Safety standards in all the operations pertains to export import. - Compliance with QMS, Food safety, GMP standards and operating procedures in line with Novonesis India and global standard. - Regular interaction with CHA, Customs, terminal authorities, shipping lines, freight forwards to ensure smooth, complied and timely customs clearances and movements. - Close co-ordination with production, warehouse , planning, sourcing, commercial , finance, regulatory teams for executing the shipments. - Collaboration with global and regional stakeholders Basic Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree with additional qualification in Export Import trade or equivalent with 10-15 years of relevant experience preferably in food industries. Supervisor Responsibilities Yes Candidate profile Candidate should have - Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in handling export import regulations, customs, foregign trade policy, FSSAI, and Drug controllers, Shipping & logistics. - Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
