This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 6 years Location Delhi NCR JobType full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing negotiating offers and onboarding candidates Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles key competencies and recruitment strategies Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals social media platforms professional networks and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline Maintain and update applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment dashboards for data-driven hiring decisions Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process HR Operations Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding documentation and employee induction processes Support HR operations including HRIS data management offer letters background checks and joining formalities Assist with policy implementation employee documentation and audit readiness Maintain accurate records of hiring and personnel processes for compliance and internal reviews Ensure that all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and HR best practices Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal teams and external recruitment vendors agencies for role closures Provide consultation and strategic hiring input to business leaders and HR partners Conduct regular meetings with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning Reporting Analytics Generate periodic recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring efficiency time-to-fill and source effectiveness Analyze market trends competitor hiring practices and industry benchmarks to stay competitive in talent acquisition strategies Required Skills Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field MBA PGDM in HR is preferred Experience Minimum of 6 years in recruitment and HR operations preferably in a fast-paced high-growth environment Recruitment Tools Proficiency with ATS e g Naukri RMS LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho Recruit etc and HRMS systems Strong Communication Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively Process Orientation Strong understanding of HR operations compliance and employment laws Analytical Skills Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends to drive improvements in hiring and HR efficiency
