WhatsApp-Based Selling Manage and grow sales through WhatsApp Business by handling inquiries, sending product catalogs, and following up with leads. Build personalized communication flows for different customer segments. Maintain contact lists and message templates to streamline communication. Use WhatsApp as a CRM tool to provide a seamless buying experience and after-sales support. 4. In-Store Sales Support Work with in-store teams to understand customer preferences and apply insights to online marketing. Drive online-to-offline traffic by promoting in-store events, discounts, and offers via digital channels. Help bridge the gap between the digital experience and physical customer service. 5. Customer Acquisition & Retention Develop lead nurturing campaigns and remarketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
