Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our team and support field sales activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with residential society members and capable of converting prospects into leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential societies and interact with residents, committee members, and decision-makers.

- Explain the features and benefits of the NoBrokerHood platform.

- Educate residents on how NoBrokerHood improves society security, communication, and management.

- Generate interest, identify potential leads, and convert them into active customers.

- Facilitate the onboarding of new societies onto the NoBrokerHood platform.

- Collect feedback and report daily visit and conversion updates.

- Work closely with the sales and onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

- Must have two wheeler with driving license.

- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and present solutions effectively.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

- Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
