Job Description As a talent acquisition intern at Ambak, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to bring in top talent. Your role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential for communicating effectively with candidates and team members. Proficiency in MS Excel will be valuable for organizing and analyzing recruitment data. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include - Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms. - Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. - Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the process. - Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed. - Assisting in organizing recruitment events and career fairs. - Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics using MS Excel. - Collaborating with team members on special projects to improve recruitment processes.
