About the Role Grade Level for internal use 11S P Global MobilityThe Role Technical Project ManagerThe Team At S P Global Mobility we provide invaluable insights derived from unmatched automotive data enabling our customers to anticipate change and make decisions with conviction Our expertise helps them to optimize their businesses reach the right consumers and shape the future of mobility We open the door to automotive innovation revealing the buying patterns of today and helping customers plan for the emerging technologies of tomorrow The Impact Automotive Insights Technology Development team are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills who can demonstrate experience in project and stakeholder management You will play a key part in helping to successfully deliver interesting technical initiatives enabling modernization and transformation across the technology environment that will help to drive improvements for our businesses and clients What s in it for you The opportunity to be a key supporting role behind some of the divisions top priority projects Exposure to key technologies and stakeholdersA chance to contribute to strategic programs and initiatives across the Technology and Development team and Mobility DivisionWork independently and within your own teamBuild internal and external working relationshipsResponsibilities Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value organize and lead project status and working meetings prepare and distribute progress reports manage risks and issues correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects Assist in team development while holding team accountable for their commitments removing roadblocks to their work leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project workDefine and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiativesMonitor and track the progress of all technology project tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within scope Regularly update and maintain comprehensive project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes in scope or timeline Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment of project goals and to facilitate the efficient use of resourcesRegularly review project processes and make necessary improvements to ensure efficiency and effectivenessMonitor the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and expectationsCoordinate and schedule meetings with divisional teams and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues or concernsAccurately record and distribute meeting minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed of meeting outcomes and action itemsRegularly assess the health of the project identifying any areas of concern and taking corrective action as necessaryEstablish clear project milestones and track progress towards achieving these milestonesEvaluate and prioritize projects based on organizational needs and resource availabilityAct as the primary point of contact between the project team and the corporate technical services teams ensuring alignment with corporate project management standards and practicesWhat We Are Looking For Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred or relevant equivalent work experienceProven 8 -
