Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Technical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex technical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of technical project lifecycles. Experience with cloud-based solutions, specifically IAM (Identity and Access Management), is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure effective issue resolution and project success.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to suggest process improvements and adopt best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in an IAM environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, particularly AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
