Job Title Client Relationship Manager- CRM System Location Sangli Maharashtra Budget 50 000 per month Qualifications MBA in Marketing or equivalent 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM management Hands-on experience with CRM systems Zoho Salesforce HubSpot etc Strong communication analytical and leadership skills Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and clean data Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities Analyze customer data to identify patterns trends and actionable insights Create and execute targeted sales marketing campaigns through CRM Track and report key KPIs like customer satisfaction churn and retention Train staff on CRM usage and best practices Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors IT support when required Document CRM processes for continuous improvement Desired Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to optimize sales funnels and improve conversion rates Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Proactive self-motivated and detail-oriented Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
