Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit regulatory compliances Oversee Taxation Pricing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure
- Monthly intercompany billing and balances
- Annual audits - Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP
- Tax audits, TP audits for India entity
- Transfer pricing compliances for group entities
- Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances
- Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls
- Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption
- ESOP valuations, cost and compliances
- Oversee Investor reporting Managing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: CA qualified candidates
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
