Job Summary

Location - Mumbai

CTC - 35 Lacs

The Work shifts -3 pm - 3 am IST (Inclusive of Breaks)

Working days - Mon to Sat (Alternate Sat off)

All the positions are on hybrid model (3 days - Mon, Wed, and Fri - Office - Mumbai location)

Are you an ex-founder or operator whos built from scratch, scaled fast, and owned outcomes end to end

Were building one of the most performance-driven creator programs in wellness and were looking for someone who knows how to turn influence into revenue. Youll own the entire affiliate P&L, build the sales engine, and drive real results with creators, agencies, and platforms.

As Senior Program Manager, you will hold a pivotal position at the heart of our creator engine:

Taking complete ownership of the affiliate P&L from revenue and commissions to costs, retention, and ROI.

Building a high-conversion creator sales engine by onboarding the right influencers, agencies, and partners.

Drive the email channel: Architect multi-step sequences, execute rigorous A/B tests, and deliver precise, personalized messaging at scaleowning open, click, and reply rates end-to-end.

Build and sustain the acquisition funnel: Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential creatorswhether through direct outreach or strategic agency partnershipswhile maintaining a consistent, qualified pipeline.

Translate data into decisive action: Monitor every metric in real time, diagnose performance shifts, and implement data-driven adjustments that keep revenue velocity high.

Your success will directly accelerate our growth trajectory; when you operate at peak performance, the entire business moves faster.

What Were Looking For

1. 4-6 years experience in influencer acquisition, affiliate marketing, or B2B sales within a tier-1 DTC or commerce startup.
2. Negotiation strength: closes creator contracts that drive revenue while operating frugally.
3. Nice to have: health/beauty sector experience, basic Canva/Figma skills, or a side project involving creator outreach
4. Youve worked in an early-stage startup or built something 0 1.
5. Youre confident in managing performance metrics, unit economics, and growth levers.
6. You know how to negotiate, build trust, and keep creators motivated.
