How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn - Lead and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement and governance across departments. - Oversee the transition of activities from Market Delivery teams to GSD, ensuring smooth execution. - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, quality, and cost. - Develop and mentor team members, fostering expertise in large-scale project management. - Proactively manage risks and identify solutions to address gaps and dynamic needs. - Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to navigate ambiguous situations. - Utilize industry knowledge and tools to enhance operational performance and project delivery. Key Skills And Experience - Must-Have: - Graduate or Masters with 15 plus years of experience in large-scale telecom operations in a leadership role - Experience in telecom technology. - Experience in operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset. - Driving execution with the team. - Leadership and program management with effective communication skills across diverse teams. - Experience with digital transformation initiatives in telecom. - Nice-To-Have: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
