Work Experience who is capable of managing/Guiding/ a team of 6 to 10 people on Technical requirements is required More than 12+ years of experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis of Aero structural components . Good Experience in various performing analysis using classical/customer specific method Candidate should be able to lead and guide junior engineers to derive results. Able to take full technical ownership. Ability to learn new technologies, software and develop tool as required Experience in technical proposal writing for RFQ/CFT Experience in developing training material for team Customer focal for OQD Good Experience in PATRAN, NASTRAN, HYPERMESH and any other customer specific tool as required Experience in F&DT dossier review and writing in aero domain Good experience in performing low RF/Life mitigation activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills
