Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead Zara’s marketing vision and drive brand growth across global markets. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance data with creativity, and storytelling with performance. You will be responsible for shaping Zara’s brand presence across digital, retail, and social platforms — building campaigns that are modern, emotional, and aligned with our brand identity. Working closely with creative, e-commerce, retail, and media teams, you’ll transform insights into ideas and ideas into powerful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and brand channels Oversee creative campaigns, brand positioning, and global messaging Manage digital initiatives including paid media, social content, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations Work closely with data and consumer insights teams to identify trends and uncover new growth opportunities Guide seasonal campaign planning, product launches, and omnichannel brand communication Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Zara’s design philosophy, brand values, and global aesthetic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital leadership, preferably within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, consumer insights, and brand strategy Exceptional leadership and communication skills Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
