This role ensures financial compliance, drives budgeting and forecasting processes, and supports strategic decision-making aligned with the companys overall objectives. Market Finance Director reports to Group Finance Director and collaborates closely with the FP&A Director, RDC Director and other cross-functional leaders to implement initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency in the marketKey Responsibilities:Financial Oversight & Compliance- Provide insight into market-level financial performance and create actionable plans to steer results. - Ensure compliance with TMF corporate policies and regulatory requirements. - Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Strategic Business Partnership- Act as a financial advisor to the Market Management Team, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. - Collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders to align market strategies with global financial and strategic goals. - Drive and/or support global strategic initiatives.Budgeting & Forecasting- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with FP&A, business controller and business leaders. - Track performance against budget and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.Performance Management- Monitor Revenue, EBITDA, cash EBITDA and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency. - Support cost optimization and investment prioritization efforts.Cross-functional Collaboration- Partner with business and operations to ensure (financial) alignment across functions. - Lead or support global and market projects and initiatives that drive value creation.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is must. - Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies. - Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
