We are partnering with a purpose-driven nonprofit committed to strengthening healthcare access, livelihood pathways, and sustainability initiatives for underserved communities.We’re looking to onboard aseasoned Director – Finance (nonprofit financial management)who can anchor financial stewardship, strategic planning, and governance excellence fornonprofit sector.Role Overview The role calls for a visionary finance leader who can build strong financial systems, drive compliance, and enable long-term organizational sustainability with past experience innonprofit financial management .Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning Drive financial strategy and annual budgeting. Track performance and present reports to leadership.Financial Management & Compliance Oversee accounting, reporting, audits, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.Risk & Controls Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls.Grant Management & Donor Reporting Manage grant finances and ensure timely donor reporting. Coordinate with program teams for accurate submissions.Financial Sustainability Develop strategies for long-term financial health and revenue diversification.Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team. Build a culture of accountability and excellence.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CA preferred. 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong expertise in"nonprofit financial management" , fund accounting, and grant compliance is amust. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
