
Salesforce Implementation Lead Real Estate

Configure and customize Salesforce objects related to properties, leads, clients, and transactions.
Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings specific to sales agents, brokers, and support staff.
Maintain property listing data integrity with regular audits and deduplication.
2. Real Estate Process Automation
Build Flows, Process Builder automations, and approval processes for listing approvals, sales closings.
Automate lead assignments based on territory, property type, or agent availability.
3. Reporting & Insights
Create dashboards to track property pipeline, agent performance, occupancy rates, and sales targets.
Generate ad-hoc reports for management to support decision-making.
4. Support & Training
Provide Salesforce support to sales teams, marketing, and operations staff.
Conduct onboarding and training for new agents on Salesforce usage for property management and client tracking.
5. Continuous Improvement & Integration
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements relevant to real estate workflows.
Manage integrations with property listing portals, marketing automation tools, and other real estate software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or related industries.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and security model.
Proficiency in data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
Strong communication, documentation and training skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Knowledge of real estate transaction workflows.
