Role Proficiency Consultant working with stakeholders at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives supporting business unit managers as they leverage business architecture and product development artifacts to create and implement client business plansSenior Technical Business Analyst Data and Analytics Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in data and analytics technologies The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Snowflake Tableau and Python and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for a pioneer in the industrial logistics real estate sector A strong understanding of ETL data warehousing data modeling and data science concepts is mandatory This is an offshore role and the candidate will be working with the customer business team in MST time The offshore resource should work from 4 PM to 1 AM to ensure overlap with customer business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization Design and develop data analytics solutions Create detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making Coordinate the development and maintenance of data models reports and dashboards using Tableau and other tools Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and systems Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Provide regular updates on project status milestones and deliverables Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to project schedules Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data and analytics Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members Skills 10 Years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the data and analytics domain Strong expertise in Snowflake Tableau Python and AWS A strong understanding of ETL data warehousing data modelling and data science concepts is mandatory Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages Knowledge on IICS Qlik and Dataiku are preferred Familiarity with other analytics tools and platforms is an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Experience in commercial real estate and finance domain will be a plus Skills Data Analysis Business Analysis Business Intelligence SnowflakeAbout Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the worlds best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
