Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients, with strong knowledge of IT skills, market trends, and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
- Negotiate salary and benefits while ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter (15 years).
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and market hiring trends.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good understanding of HR policies and practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in bulk hiring for IT positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
