Required skills and qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Technical skills: Strong technical background, including operating systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), hardware, and software troubleshooting. - Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Sales acumen: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Customer service: Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Software proficiency: Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and other relevant software is often required.
