We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in test automation, API testing, BDD data quality assurance to join our agile team.

Responsibilities

-
Proven experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver

-
Proficient in Java, with hands-on scripting and debugging capability

-
Familiarity with build and integration tools such as Maven and Jenkins

-
Strong background in Manual Testing, with detailed test scenario creation and execution

-
Good to have experience testing Salesforce applications - including UI, API, and workflow validations

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

-
Bachelor&rsquos or master&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies

Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Prior Compass experience will be preferred
