Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhubaneswar for the role of Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, develop tailored business plans, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes analyzing client needs, providing effective solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth. The ideal candidate will also work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer expectations and organizational goals. Qualifications - Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships - Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs and suggesting effective business solutions - Proficiency in Business Planning to create strategic plans tailored to client objectives - Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client requirements are met and relationships are nurtured - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with clients and internal teams - Proven experience in managing large or strategic accounts is highly desirable - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
