Manager Location Noida We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Life Platforms Strategy Office In this role you will play a key part in synthesizing project delivery data resource financials and schedule to provide key insights and represent them in an impactful way via KPI dashboards PowerPoint presentations etc You will also conduct market research as needed to guide our sales pipeline Basic Function Strategic Planning Execution Support the development and execution of annual and long-term business unit strategy plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with operational execution Proactive analysis and alerts on business health by tracking objective key results Ensure data is gathered timely and accurately from multiple teams Resource and Delivery Analysis Analyze delivery projects and the team composition Track overall status of projects and resources Partner with delivery and project managers PMO to gather data for delivery performance Financial Analysis Business Modeling Analyze business unit financials identify trends and provide actionable insights Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and investment cases Partner with Finance to track KPIs and budget performance Data Reporting Dashboarding Analyze complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings to key stakeholders Create visually compelling presentations that communicate strategic recommendations effectively Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key operational and strategic metrics Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy Market Analysis Review and interpret market research reports industry publications and competitor analysis Identify emerging trends market shifts and innovation opportunities relevant to the business unit Conduct gap analysis to assess current business performance against market benchmarks Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership Creative Problem Solving and deriving Actionable Insights Bring a creative out-of-the-box mindset to solve business challenges Propose innovative ideas and frameworks to improve business performance and reporting Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for optimal business decision making Essential diligently follow up on their closure Education Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related field MBA preferred Work Experience Requirements 6-8 years of total
