Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to implement and optimize machining processes for CNC, VMC, and SPM machines. The ideal candidate will focus on improving productivity, tooling selection, process optimization, and ensuring quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Implement manufacturing processes for CNC, VMC, and SPM machines. - Optimize machining processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Select appropriate tooling and fixtures to support production goals. - Oversee machine setup and programming to ensure accurate and efficient operations. - Drive cost reduction initiatives through process improvements and tooling optimization. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve production performance. - Maintain accurate process documentation and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and SPM machine operations and process setup. - Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and fixture design. - Experience in quality assurance and compliance in a manufacturing environment. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
