Job Description - You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill internal vacancies - Having the ability to develop strong effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates is crucial. You will position the brand Michael Page in a premium candidate pool and attract best in class talent across locations. - You will partner with Regional Directors and Managing Directors to forecast hiring needs and proactively work on closing roles. - You will work alongside a super talented global TA team on CoE projects related to process improvement and tech integration - Manage internal hiring managers and advise them on the pool available to them and proactively interview candidates against open mandates. The Successful Applicant - A proactive, high-energy professional who loves being a trusted advisor. - Experience of 8-10 years in managing end-to-end recruitment across roles and locations. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle priorities across geographies - Comfortable working in fast paced environment while keeping the candidate experience top-notch.
