Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications to join our FICO - CBS Team -Global Finance Services Division Team The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Bangalore office What you will do Experience in Solution Design and development for SAP IT FICO projects Experience in writing understanding financial requirements Applies broader view to the solutions to support adoption of standard practices and reusability The individual must possess strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills This role also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills Provide strong techo functional expertise on accounting Finance CO Strong Application integration knowledge with other modules like WMD Xsuite DigiGST Tax solutions etc Lead the issue resolution process with globally located Caterpillar IT support teams and external partners Share functional knowledge of IT solutions with business partners to support their operational performance Collect and document functional requirements for new projects or system enhancements Experience in IT implementation projects This is an individual contribution role What you will get Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Equivalent education with at least 6 Years of experience MCA B E B Tech M Tech Experience in the following technologies SAP-FICO and integration tools like WMD Xsuite DigiGST 7- 10 years experience in various leadership roles in the planning design and deployment of SAP s financial solutions 7 to 7 years experience in SAP FI CO AR AP Asset Management Profitability Accounting Cost Center Involved with 2-3End to End SAP Project Implementation in-depth experience on SAP finance projects In-depth finance business experience as a consultant working on SAP planning design and implementation projects i e must have worked with the business and not only IT To be able to effectively communicate with stake holders Experience working with multiple vendors and strong accounting Finance implementation support experience Sound knowledge of SAP implementation projects Experience with designing and configuring the SAP FICO system Good communication and Interpersonal skills This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office Shift Timing - 01 00-10 00PM IST Key skill SAP FICO Techno- Functional consultant with 7 years of experience Skills desired Core Application Systems Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations Level Extensive Experience Manages application-related issues implications and approaches with clients Evaluates key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems Explains features and benefits of core applications for consideration by business units Implements existing and planned application enhancements in major business units Tracks data flow between own applications and core applications in other business areas Plans enhancement conversion and retirement strategies for core applications Problem Solving Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately across multiple technologies System Testing Knowledge of system and software testing ability to design plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle Level Extensive Experience Verifies the proper flow of transactions across all input output and storage channels or devices Evaluates interoperability of new systems with existing systems during the beta testing phase Supervises the testing of complex multi-platform and distributed applications Designs processes to ensure that the system meets and maintains requirements and expectations Coaches end users on the development of test data and test scenarios for system validation Manages the execution of test plans including resources strategies schedules processes and tools Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques ability to anticipate recognize and resolve technical issues on hardware software
