Senior ServiceNow Application Lead

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Application LeadAmbitious and experienced technical leaders are required to manage a team of support analysts handling incidents, service requests, and user queries related to the ServiceNow application. The successful candidate will oversee multiple shifts to ensure 24x5 coverage.The role involves monitoring ticket queues to ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with SLAs. As the first point of escalation for unresolved issues, you will coordinate with L2/L3 teams as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge base updates.Key Responsibilities:- Led and managed a team of analysts- Monitored ticket queues and ensured timely response and resolution- Cordinated with L2/L3 teams- Maintained shift schedules and ensured adequate coverage during business hours and on-call rotationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- At least 4 years of experience in IT helpdesk or application support, with at least 1 year in a leadership role- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in incident and request management- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Experience with ticketing tools, reporting dashboards, and knowledge management systems- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)Benefits:- Competitive compensation package- Opportunities for professional growth and development- Collaborative and dynamic work environment
