IT Support Engineer Job Title IT Support Engineer Location Factory Location Experience 3 years Salary 5-6 LPA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at our factory location The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure including firewall installation software cloning and Gsuite administration Responsibilities - Install configure and maintain firewalls to ensure network security - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including hardware software and network problems - Clone machine software and configure systems for optimal performance - Manage Gsuite administration including user accounts groups and security settings - Provide IT support for factory operations including equipment maintenance and upgrades - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues and implement solutions - Maintain accurate records of IT assets issues and resolutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support Requirements - 3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Knowledge of firewall installation configuration and management - Experience with Gsuite administration and Google Cloud services - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Relevant certifications e g CompTIA A Network are a plus Desired Skills - Experience with industrial control systems ICS and supervisory control and data acquisition SCADA systems - Knowledge of network protocols e g TCP IP DNS DHCP - Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - Training and support to enhance your skills - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 360 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Please provide these credentials Name Email ID Phone number Current location Total experience Relevant experience Current CTC Expected CTC Notice period Work Location In person
