Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Hybris and a strong understanding of Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Hybris solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications. - Oversee the design and development of system enhancements ensuring alignment with industry best practices. - Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris with existing systems facilitating smooth data flow and process automation. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies. - Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes configurations and user guides to support ongoing operations. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize the system effectively. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to optimize functionality and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data integrity and security. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units fostering effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications - Possess a deep understanding of SAP Hybris and its application in business processes. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Have experience in Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry. - Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. - Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.
