This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts ensuring seamless integration and functionality of SAP Commerce solutions to enhance business operations. - Experience : 11 - 15 years - Required Skills : Technical Skills: SAP Commerce-Cust Service Func SAP Commerce-Backoffice Func SAP Commerce - WCMS Functional SAP Commerce - PCM Functional SAP Commerce - B2C Functional SAP Commerce - B2B Functional Domain Skills: - Nice to have skills : Domain Skills:OMICS Data Analysis OMOP FHIR HL7 - Technology : SAP Managed Services - Shift : Day - Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Commerce solutions to meet business needs and objectives. - Oversee the integration of SAP Commerce-Cust Service Func ensuring efficient customer service operations. - Provide expertise in SAP Commerce-Backoffice Func to streamline back-office processes and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce - WCMS Functional capabilities for better content management. - Drive the development and deployment of SAP Commerce - PCM Functional to manage product content effectively. - Implement SAP Commerce - B2C Functional solutions to enhance customer engagement and sales processes. - Develop strategies for SAP Commerce - B2B Functional to improve business-to-business interactions and transactions. - Ensure the seamless operation of SAP Commerce solutions in a hybrid work model focusing on day shifts. - Utilize domain skills in OMICS Data Analysis OMOP FHIR and HL7 to support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues ensuring optimal system performance. - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation. - Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing SAP Commerce functionalities impacting business growth and customer satisfaction.
