JOB TITLE RELAY PROGRAMMING ENGINEER MANAGER Designation will be decided based on candidate experience Location Aartech Solonics Ltd Mandideep Bhopal India Job Summary The Engineer Manager will be responsible for the design and engineering of Microprocessor-based Bus Transfer Relay logic ensuring the development and implementation of efficient reliable and innovative relay systems If having good team handling experience this role may involve managing and training a team of engineers ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and driving innovation in system design and technical requirements Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s degree higher in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience as a Microprocessor based relay logic developer programmer Strong understanding of power system protection principles and relay operations Solid fundamentals in electrical and electronics engineering Expertise in relay logic programming and testing Knowledge in communication protocols such as IEC 61850 Modbus DNP3 will be an added advantage Familiarity with power system analysis tools like ETAP PSCAD MI Power or SCADA will be an added advantage Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits Salary 30 000 - 70 000 Negotiable based on skills experience industry standards Probation Period 6 -12 months Post Confirmation Benefits Incentives bonuses and other facilities will apply Professional Growth Opportunities by extensive learning and development opportunities working with highly valued clients customers and technical experts in India overseas Opportunity to contribute to R D projects New product development team and cutting-edge technical initiatives within the company upon proven performance Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
