Receipt/Issue of Materials/Spares in Stores as per SOP & Sub-contractors in SAP.

Timely Issue of Materials to production against reservations & Sub-contractors as per plan in SAP.

Re-conciliation of Materials in stores & with sub-contractors on Daily/monthly basis.

Inventory, FIFO, Shortages & 5S Management in various stores in plant. Scrap Management.

100% Material accountability in Stores & Sub-contractors- SAP vs Physical on real time basis.

Adherence to company policy, SOPs & Guidelines. Logistics management. Digitalisation Project management.

- With planning dept forplanning of components issue/Receipt.
- With purchase for Receipt & Inventory management.
- With Accounts for Bill clearance/material reconciliations.
- With Technical dept for Quality clearances.

- With Suppliers & Sub-contractors for Material receipt & Issue.
- Central Procurement & IT for Digitalisation projects.
- Scrap/Obsolesce management as per SOP.
- Transporter for Logistics management.
- Stores Officers Leadership position in stores.
