Key Responsibilities
- Teach senior-secondary History with inquiry-based, experiential approaches and competency-based assessments per NEP 2025.
- Prepare rigorous lesson plans and unit maps integrating sources, debates, projects, and interdisciplinary links.
- Leverage computers/edtech for instruction, research tasks, and feedback.
- Ensure effective classroom management and inclusive practices.
- Assess learning outcomes; maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in academic events, field trips, and school initiatives.
Eligibility & Preferences
- Master's Degree in History (required).
- HTET/CTET qualified (required).
- B.Ed (required).
- Excellent communication; fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills (required).
- Preference to experienced teachers.
- Proficient with computers; well-trained in NEP 2025 skills and strategies.
